Questions
Will it work on my phone?
Yes. The mobile kit opens in your phone's browser (Safari or Chrome) and works offline once it has loaded. The PDFs also open on any phone; to type into the PDF fields, use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.
Is it an app?
It is a web app, not an app-store download. You open it in your browser and can add it to your Home Screen so it opens like an app. There is nothing to install from a store.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no email. You enter the access code from your delivery card when you first open it.
Where is my information stored?
Only on your phone. Nothing is sent to us. If you clear your browser data or lose your phone, your plan is erased, so tap Back up now and then and keep the file somewhere safe. There is no sync between devices.
Can I print it?
Yes. A print-ready PDF is included, plus a one-page fridge sheet and wallet cards from the mobile kit. The PDF is US Letter; on A4 choose Fit to page.
Which risks does it cover?
Hurricane, wildfire, winter storm and power outage, earthquake and flood, plus the Tornado module (free update). Use only the modules that fit where you live.
What do I get?
Core Kit: a delivery card with your access address and code, the 78-page fillable PDF, the print-ready PDF and the Tornado module PDF (free update). Complete Bundle: the same card, the 115-page fillable and print-ready PDFs, a 40-page PDF with only the extra parts, and the Tornado module PDF. This is a digital download; nothing is shipped.
